Something was off tonight, everything tasted/smelt fishy food was soggy and my oysters weren’t in with my meal yet I was still charged for them.

Kiaora, I love my fish and chip dinners from your establishment. On Tuesday , around 5.30, I decided I had earned them. I headed to the counter and waited a bit before a young woman came to attend to me. I have not seen her here before but they may just be timing. I was surprised to receive a cold reception. No smile, barely any eye contact, no words! A bit embarrassed, I asked if I was too early. Again no words! I asked 'would you like my order?'. Again no eye contact. The assistant looked at the paper she was about to write on. This had been a tough day for me. The fish and chip dinner was going to be the good part. I made the bold decision to say, 'you know what, I've changed my mind. Thank you'. I left the store. I'm in customer service. I know it when I see it. Usually I see it and feel it when I come to your yummy place. I wonder if this may be a learning opportunity for your staff member. I hope the feedback is helpful. See you soon for yummy in my tummy.
